1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, including all tags and accessories.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products purchased during sale or discount periods.

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@cinderfashion.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and product photos if applicable.

3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will provide the return shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item during return shipping.

4. Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to provide a replacement.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. After verification, an exchange will be processed without additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

• First, check your bank account again.

• Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for refunds to appear.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
